2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, with the same identity document details, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this policy, all associated accounts may be closed.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. tg99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided. If any of your details change, please notify our support team as soon as possible.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify the tg99 support team immediately.
2.5 Identity Verification
tg99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is completed. This is a mandatory process in place to protect all users.
3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tg99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). New payment methods may be added in the future.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all payment methods)

- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
3.3 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources are not accepted. If such a transaction is detected, the associated funds may be held and further verification may be required.
3.4 Withdrawal Terms
Your account identity verification must be completed before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawal funds will only be returned to the same payment method used at the time of deposit. tg99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members at tg99 are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Misuse of bonuses or placing strategic bets with the intention of profiting from bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- tg99 may change or withdraw bonus eligibility at any time and for any reason.
4.4 VIP Program
tg99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users are promoted to higher tiers based on regular play. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
tg99 reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of the VIP program. Members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
5. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg99 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
5.1 Account-Related Violations
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's identity documents
- Sharing or selling account details to a third party
5.2 Financial Fraud
- Attempting to obtain funds dishonestly through chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment method
5.3 Game-Related Violations
- Playing games using software or artificial intelligence (bots)
- Intentionally exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities
- Colluding with other players to harm the platform
- Strategically exploiting the bonus system
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

11.3 Severability of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be considered severed from the Terms, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
